What is web site optimization and how does it work?
Let me start at the beginning. Search engines (like Yahoo and Google) rank your web site on how relevant it is to a certain search term(s). For example: A florist in Spokane will be targeting the search term "Spokane Florist". In order for her to receive high rankings on search engines, (high rankings on search engines simply means your web site will show up on closer to the first page) her web site must be about a florist shop. The content (wording) of the web site must be about flowers and floral arrangements and everything floral. The search engines try their hardest to give people what they are looking for (when you Google Spokane Florist - Google tries hard to give you only florists in Spokane, not a spam web site that has nothing to do with floral arrangements). Our company analyzes your web site against other top ranking web sites and makes changes to an existing or new web site's wording in order to make it more relevant. There are several other key factors in web site optimization that need to be done, and we take care of them all!
Do you have a guarantee?
Yes. When you pay for your web site, you are paying a 3 month premium for the optimization. For that 3 months, your web site is guaranteed to stay in the top 20 (top 2 pages) of major search engines. If you see your site slip below 20, we will automatically refund you $50.00 per week it is below 20.

What comes with an optimized website?
An optimized website comes with the website design, domain name, submission to search engines, checking traffic and ranking status for a 3 month period.
How long does it take to make my website and when will I see my site on the top 2 pages?
Building your site will usually take no more than a week. Submitting your site to the search engine and seeing your site on the top 2 pages usually can take anywhere from a week to 6 weeks. Your 3 month optimization time STARTS when your site comes up on the top 2 pages. You will not pay for optimization before your site pops up on the top 20 rankings for a major search engine (Yahoo, Google, AOL, Live, MSN etc).
When you build my web site, who owns the domain name?
You own your domain name. Too many times I have seen companies go through a web site design company and after hundreds of dollars advertising their web site, they find out they don't even own it. That is a tactic some design companies like to use to hold a company hostage in a contract - they own your web site, so if you cancel, you loose the domain name you have paid to advertise! Meanwhile the design company sells that domain name to someone else who then benefits from your advertising. After our contract is up, you keep your web site design, you keep your web site, you keep the optimization that has already been done. You paid for it, you keep it!
Am I allowed to change the design if I don't like what you have built?
Yes, in the design phase, we will discuss what we have laid out for you - colors, menu bars, links, pictures etc. If you do not like what we have drawn up, we will change it to what you want. We will get OK's from you throughout the process to make sure we are designing what you are wanting!
